Jack maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice with a focus on construction law, contract disputes, and shareholder disputes. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Justice.

Prior to joining McCague Borlack, Jack completed his articles and practiced litigation at a leading regional firm in Calgary, assisting individual and corporate clients on contractual disputes related to construction, energy, and securities. He also practiced commercial and employment litigation at a leading regional firm in Toronto.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, he supported his community by providing corporate legal assistance to entrepreneurs, small businesses, start-ups, and non-profit organizations at a free Business Law clinic. Jack remains a Jets fan and looks forward to attending Scotiabank Arena when his team is in town.
