Gary Caplan, the partner in charge of this practice area, is highly respected in the ADR industry. Gary is a former roster mediator under the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program, and he holds a Master of Laws degree in ADR from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he taught as an adjunct professor in Dispute Resolution. Gary and the other members of the group have extensive experience in resolving complex disputes in creative and highly effective ways. 

Our recent office expansion and renovation have added facilities specifically designed for our arbitration and mediation work, including various sizes of boardrooms with adjacent breakout rooms, many wired for advanced telecommunications and the internet.
