Profile
Robert McGlashan is an associate with McCague Borlack. His litigation practice includes insurance, professional negligence, personal injury, employment, commercial, and family matters. He acts on behalf of a variety of insurers in the defence of claims and actions involving occupiers’ liability, motor vehicle accident, property damage, fire loss, and transportation.
Robert has conducted trials before the Superior Court of Ontario and appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also drafted materials for applications to intervene and for leave to appeal before the Supreme Court of Canada.
