Grant’s practice encompasses every aspect of family law, including domestic contracts (marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements), custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, and the handling of domestic disputes. Grant also offers assistance and advice on estates and trusts and corporate/commercial matters when they involve family law issues.
Grant has focused particular attention on the development of skills and expertise in the areas of mediation, creative problem solving, arbitration, and negotiation in order to offer his clients the best representation possible in the resolution of their family law disputes.
For the sixth year, Grant was again selected by his peers for inclusion in *The Best Lawyers International® 2012 in the field of Family Law.
